Our Services

NovaXperts provides website development, Shopify development, SEO, content writing, video editing, graphic design, social media marketing and digital advertising services. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in a separate written proposal or quotation.

Quotes and Payments

  • Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
  • Projects usually require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due as agreed in the proposal.
  • Monthly services (such as SEO or ad management) are billed in advance and continue until cancelled with the notice period stated in the proposal.
  • Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback on time. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

Revisions

Each project includes the number of revisions stated in the proposal. Additional changes or new features outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your website design and content. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and tools remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results and Guarantees

We follow best practices and work hard to deliver results, but search engine rankings, traffic, advertising performance and sales depend on many factors outside our control. We therefore cannot guarantee specific rankings or results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaXperts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Cancellation

Either party may end a project or service as described in the proposal. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
